fet pinout
Hello, for the most part it would appear that a FET in TO220 package uses the GDS pinout.
To settle an argument can anyone please name any other FET's that use a different pinout in the TO220 package.
I know that some have diodes & some do not, some have isolated tabs & some do not.
I just want to find some that are a different pinout.

Edit: I'm told now that they all have the parasitic diode in, which puzzles me as I have seen transistors with & without - must not have been fet's.
