Hello every one... i have started my project titled full wave analysis of antenna using fdtd method... i have choosen a antenna operating at tera hertz frequency,,, i am new to this,, can any one help me with the fdtd codes for ordinary microstrip patch antenna for giga hertz frequency?? am working with matlab... pls do help me....

Try starting with this book.. I gives good theory and has some matlab codes too..!!
 

Maxwell's equations are not sufficient in describe THz antenna, it involves diffusion effects.
