hi
iam doing a visual c++ project on 2005 express edition . when i am trying to compile that code , it is showing " fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'windows.h': No such file or directory"
how do i fix this problem ,please reply
 

If I remember right, Visual Studio express version doesn't support generic Windows applications, thus it doesn't contain windows.h with the include files. Please correct me, if I'm wrong.

P.S.: I see, the problem can be solved by installing the platform SDK separately.

i installed the system development kit and tried . i got the same error again !
