Failed to read form bidirectional data bus

HI all,
I failed to read from bidirectional data bus. In the following code I am able to write to FIFO and while reading, Data is present on Dout of FIFO (Checked in Chipscope pro.) But unfortunately I am not able to read data on data bus.
Is there any thing wrong in the following code regarding Bidirectional signal read write.

you're assigning data from inside the process and outside. you should only assign it from 1 place or the other.

Have you testbenched this desoign?

Data Assignment within process is commented...
I am using either one...
Both are showing same results..
I havent testbenched this design...
