Failed to init MFS in Xilinx EDK Bootloader

EDK Version : 11.1
I get following error in Hyperterminal :

%: ERROR: unable to locate index.html in MFS
One of your applications requires a Memory File System to be loaded.
Please check if Memory File System has been loaded,
and it has index.html file in root directory
ERROR initializing platform.

Any ideas?
