facts about security camera's

hi guys,
Why in security area's specially in bank where camera's fitted to all over , why it is necessary to switch off the MOBILE PHONE ?
Does the signals from mobile phone having some impact upon those security devices ?

Any method to detect the pin hole camera's placed illegaly at some shopping malls inside the change room ?
 

It's unlikely for a cell phone to cause any disturbance to the camera electronics.
It may cause interference to wireless transmissions if they use the same frequency range (which is illegal by itself).

I think the request to switch cell phones off is because of cultural reasons
 

In my country there is no need to turn off the phone when you go in a bank.
 




No, no it is just a home education! People enter a market shop, bank, post, bus, train and uses their phones as if no one around them. Lots of people shouting over the phone like idiots without a sense of what they do.

On another hand, some people can record some situation in bank for planning robbery, ....

Of course there are little camera today,....
