Facing a problem to design a picket potter horn antenn

Dear All,

Please anybody can help me?
I have designed a picket potter horn antenna, there are 3 parts of this antenna, 1. waveguide, 2. transition step, 3. aperture.
when i giving the half length of aperture(183.103668mm) of my main design parameters than the ansoft simulator gave me the answer but when i gave the full length of the aperture(366.207336mm) than it can't simulate and showing that "the out memory", what can i do for that?:-(

For that i have dicrease the mesh size but didn't get any result anymore.

Please give me any suggestion solve it.
