EZWave crashes and hangs during simulation (Using VNC Viewer to Access Mentor)

Hello,

I am accessing Mentor Graphics using VNC Viewer. When i start the Eldo Simulation, sometimes EZWave crashes and hangs and after that i am unable to run simulation again until i restart the server.

Any idea how to resolve it?
