Eye Diagram analysis in Matlab

Hi,
I have a certain sample for which I've plotted the eye diagram with the command eyediagram(Sample,32).
I have 16 samples per symbole.
Do you know any Matlab command to find the center of the eye, to know which is the best sample for my symbols ?
