For hand calculations, I need the level 1 parameters up and un, Cox, Vtn and Vtp and lambda. Can thse be extracted through simulations? If so, how? Thanks, Hobbyiclearner

Cox - if not specified directly - is calculated from TOX : COX = εSiO2 / TOX ≈ 34.5e-3 [fF/µm] / TOX [µm] KP = U0 • COX For the interrelation between other SPICE level 1 parameters with measurables simulation values see this PDF file: View attachment SPICE_Level_1_MOSFET_Model.pdf
