Hi ,
I am working on this Problem (Extracting Filter Model from S parameter). I m looking for Mathlab function or code if it s available. Or any things related to this.

You can not understand basic things and correct terminology at all.

Describe correctly.

What do you by Coupling matrix ?
S-parameters are coupling matrix.

What do you mean by filter topology ?

Do you want to fit S-parameter with lumped RLC networks ?
Do you want to fit S-parameter with rational polynomial ?
Do you want to fit S21 as FIR filter ?

You have to specify filter model by yourself in any method.

For example, if you would like to fit your DUT as coupled resonator structure, you have to specify and fit it.
