Hi,

I facing some question about the Static Charge.

When a material is having a static charge. Negative and the Positive electron are generated.

The question is:
1) Why the negetive charge(electron) in the material can not be removed or control? Kindly explain the reason.

2) As i understand the static charge can be changed by control the Positive charge. If it is true. What is the reason:?:

Anyone can help me?

Thank You.
