1)i went through the registers of spi SSPSTAT,SSPCON

i have to be clear in clocking of pic in SPI where clock edge and polarity.

please help me to explain SSPSTAT REG ,CKP CKE,SMP etc .thanking you in advance...
 

There are many available modes with which you can configure registers SSPSTAT:CKE and SSPCON:CKP in order to fit external device requirements and interfacing circuit. The best way to perform these parameters selection is taking a look on datasheet waveform, and check if comply with applied circuit :
