Ex-or using flip-flop

To implement Ex-or using flip-flop??

i just draw two flip flop and two AND ,one OR gate
coz its equestion is y<= a\b+\ab..........

is my answer is correct or i get wrong ........
can i get the correct answer???

then one question to is to design Freuency multipiler in digital
means if u have xhz freq as in put ,the output should be 2x..........

i get confused in this q....
could anybody tell me???

I think you should use only one ff without an And and or gate.
