Ethernet specification for high speed

Can anybody please provide documents or link for 40G and 100G ethernet specification?

Were not these specifications not open to everyone earlier? Now it is probably accessible to everyone. Is not it?

Yes, the GetIEEE program seems to include documents only with a delay after initial publication. I don't know since when the 802.3-2012_section6 document and the other 2012 doucments are there. They have been published in december 2012, but I didn't visit the site since mid 2012.

Were not the documents were earlier like 802.3-2005_section1, 802.3-2005_section2 etc and they had restricted access?
