Esatablish TCP/IP connection using Tata indicom CDMA modem

hi all

i am using Tata indicom USBx1 cdma modem and pic24fj128ga010 controller.
i want to establish TCP-IP connection between pic24fj128ga010(client) and server using Tata indicom modem. But i am not able to establish connection.
if anyone have idea how can we establish this connection then plz inform me.
