Did you place " Technology Definition Block" on your schematic ?? ADS cannot recognize and find the models that are associated to your tech.

For TSMC I am having that "Technology Definition Block" but for the technology which are already present in the ADS is there any Blocks are there to place in the schematic? I am a beginner Please help me

There should be a "Process Block" or "Tech. File Include" or something else like in this picture.

Are you sure you have the full PDK from TSMC? Typically their ADS PDKs are distributed without the model card/file. So you would be able to place the model include item in the schematic as mentioned by BigBoss but at runtime it would not be able to find the model file and would give the exact warning you are seeing.

Foundry Partners - Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC)

In the above TSMC PDK list is does say:

The PDKs do not include the corresponding “Spice Model Card”, for which you must contact your TSMC contact with the “Spice Model Card Version” stated in the table above.

So you need to contact TSMC to get that data. It requires an approriate agreement, with NDA, to obtain such files. You should not get this file from any other source.
