latium design rules exist

Error in verify design:Latium Rule not checked,help!
when I verify design-> clearence,there are 3 Clearence errors:

Location
(-990,266 L1)Latium Rule not checked
.......

explaination:
pin pair
differential diff pair rule
.......
and is one pin of a differential pair.

when I produce gerber files, there is nothing wrong with layer1, but there are 3 error with all layer of split/Mix plane.

why?
how to solve it?

It occurs because some rules may be set for some components so just go to SETUP-->DESIGN RULES-->COMPONENT and select all components set all rules and then again select all components set them to default rule

You meen I had to delete the rule set for the components?
Yes,this method work,but .....I have to rebuild the rules every time I CAM the PCB.
