Hi,
I have s2p files for computing Y11. while converting s to y parameters using formula in matlab, wide variation in Re(Y11) is observed. how to fix the issue?. Alternatively i have tried with inbuilt function also, but it doesnot support large data.

Do you think the conversion math is wrong, or the data itself?
If you upload your S2P, we can check S->Y with another program.
L plot and its strength, convergence at fr, peak Q holds good. Non linearity observed at Q plot only. If data is wrong others will not holds good. Without using smooth option in MATLAB, another way to measure smooth Q??

I do a lot of RFIC inductor plots using Y-parameters from S2P data (EM and measured).

Again: is your S2P data good or bad? Is your problem the data or the conversion math?
