Error in file: D2 byte wire. Byte read is FF...

Error in file?!

Hello Everbody..!

I was here with problem about programmers for AT89s52. I found a programmer for it in site: https://rafaelbf.tripod.com/grava.htm.
I can read the flash, and i can write the file that contains the status of memory...
Here is part of status memory file:
":20000000FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF00
:20002000FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF..." - this file the programmer write.

But, when i try write a any program, it does not works! what happened?!
Here is the file that i trying program in the uC:
":10000A00D2801112C28080F874FF75F0FF14D5F007
:02001A00FC22C6
:00000001FF"
Is there anything wrong with the file?!
The erro of programmer is: D2 byte write. Byte read is FF...
