ERROR: Can't find mapping for node in block ot type X of instance "D1"

I do have a Top.bdf with one block X integrated with the instance name "D1". After compiling I get following error message:

Error (275065): Can't find mapping for node in block of type X of instance "D1"

In Settings -> Files I added the X.qip and the top.bdf (at the bottom). The top.bdf has the same name as the project. In the top.bdf file I do have some inputs and outputs like for example: "Clk"

When I open the previous error message I see following error message:

Error (275066): Can't find mapping for pin "Clk"

Does anyone know why I get such error and how to eliminated it?
