error called unable to load cns file in dx designer schematic

i am getting error called unable to load cns file in dx designer schematic. can any one reply.

Normally this error occurs when the constraints path and/or the layout system are incorrectly set in the setup.

The clear this error;

1. OK the error.
2. Setup --> Settings --> project
3. In the middle choose the Layout System. Even if it is already set, choose it again to force a refresh. This should populate the the Constraints Definition box with something like this: %SDD_HOME%/standard/isis/<layout_tool>.cns
4. Close the schematic and re-open it.
5. The error should be gone.
