There is no chip as for as i know the replacement of adxl202 altough i have cheap solution used hall effect sensor used a magnet which is balanced on a gear note you required two magnet and hall effect sensor

The analog device chip we used to buy it like around $5 in 1K pieces ..
you have to bargain with them
