For a project of mine , I have decided to use the Motorolla microcontroller

DSP56F807
https://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=DSP56F807&fsrch=1

It is a 16 bit hybrid controller which has DSP and microcontroller functionalities.

I wanted to ask that are there other controller which are equivalent to this one in terms of the following factors :

1) Flash, RAM, ROM, SRAM size
2) Peripherals
(IO Pins, Serial Ports, Motorola bus support (or Intel bus support) )
3) Speed (MIPS)

the DSP56F807 is good but it has a very large number of pins (160) I wanted a microcontroller which has a lesser number of pins but same in terms of functionality.

Have you checked the new low voltage dsPIC33F... around 100 pins?
