Hi!

I need about 10 nos. of Toshiba make 2SK209 FET for one of the projects I am working on.

If any equivalent exists then it would be fine.

Its very difficult to source this one in India.

Any web site for locating equivalents for different semiconductor devices?

Any help would be appreciated.

You can try PMBF439X from Philips and available from RS Components ..
