Enabling System Ticks in LM3S9B96

Hi all

How to enable the system ticks on LM3S9B96 Dev board. I am using micrium uCOS - III on IAR IDE and When i use OSTimeDly(), It is not working. Why is it so... the System timer is not initialized i suppose... I am a beginner in RTOS development. Clarify me... plz
