Dear all,
Please see the attached image and what is the purpose of the resistor which round up in red cycle

Hi,

it´s to discharge C4 when you unplug the deivce form mains, so you don´t get hurt when you touch the plug´s contacts.

Is there any special name to this resister in side the EMI
