Thanks for the reply. I am looking for CMOS opamp IC design tutorial. With common mode feed back& active laod. Most of the universities and analog ic design courses will take up such a design problem as an exercise to make students familiar with the design concepts and tools (Cadence -CDE). I guess Analog devices material is a seminar matreial dealing with designing with opamp..I am looking for design of opamp itself. Anyway thank you for the reply.

Hi mission, independently the CAD tool you use, you must first understand the OPAMP, its equations, compensations techniques, etc. Analog Design for Cmos Vlsi Systems by Franco Maloberti is a very simple book for undestanding and designing OPAMPs, Allen's book is a good choice too.
