hello I am looking for a chip which contains as many switches as it can be. I want to use it as a multi-electronic relay.

number of switches is important (as many as possible)

voltage accross them not less than 25V and current through them about 300mA-500mA max

Have you got anything in mind?

I was thining of something like smd relays because these have no effect of extra capacitance or resistance at the contact and this is quite important in my application.

I was wondering if a chip can do that.

You might like to try out Analog switches IC.
