HI., hope someone can help
Of electronics I unfortunately do not know much!
What I am looking for:
Is there a way one can buy (or build) an electronic device that will cause interference on hi-fi speakers, similar to the interference some sell phones cause on speakers. I have very noisy neighbors and need some passive way of disturbing their sound quality without causing damage (in other words without getting into a fight, break down doors, or play my own music loud enough to bother everyone else around). Must be effective to at least 20 or maybe 50 meter distance. Must be legal.
