I am from the uk and looking to work with a electronic designer, rf transmitter with receiver and a few extra functions nothing to involved. Surface mount a must to keep size to a minimum.

I'd advise you to offer more information.
Such as - are you looking to work with someone on a hobby project
or is it a commercial project. Are you offering payment or just looking to collaborate etc
The mention of "rf transmitter" could get very complicated very quickly depending
on which it is - and so on.
The more information you can offer upfront the better chance you have of finding the sort of person
you are looking for.
