You must use transformer, reactive capacitance (capacitor like a resistor), smps, etc...

hi again,I want the LED lamp to be lit 14 hours a day and not burn. What can I do to protect? (12 V and 100 mA)

Hi!!!
You can use a power supply with 12V regulator, like a 78L12 (https://elektronics.ucoz.com/_pu/0/61010061.jpg)!!!
I dont know this led lamp, maybe you must be use a led driver circuit (https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_sacat=0&_nkw=12v+led+driver&rt=nc)!!!

use any linear regulator having output of 12V. use a rectifier at the output. thats it. no need of any protection circuit.
