Electromagnetic Waves and principal

Is there any educational applet online for electromagnetic theory ? or is there any webcast of an undergraduate or graduate class from a University?
I am a EE but havn't been in touch with Electromagnetic Wave theory for over ten years, I want to review the concept with some sort of educational visual applet without having to read a whole book, if anybody know of an educational applet or a webcast of a university lecture, please let me know.
