Can electromagnetic wave propagation take place in a medium bounded by non parallel conducting planes? (transmission lines, in practice, never run exactly parallel to the ground)
 

Absolutely..!! Take the example of a HORN Antenna.. The lower and Upper Plates are not parallel to each other and the Horn Radiates..!!
