eICD2 OS where can i download?..

i have a newly bought eICD2 module, but i have a problem whit it, look at the images below, i was targeting a pic16f84a and it is powered by the eICD2 module, and the mplab was confronting about the new os, but i dont have internet connection on our house, where can i download the firmware?. thanks in advance...

just click OK and OS will download automatically to your ICD. the hex is in directory C:\Program Files\Microchip\MPLAB IDE\ICD2 (if you install MPLAB in default directory

Visit your local Philippine electronics forum it was answered there.
I beleive your proger was developed for DIY on that site.
Read the Eicd2 manual that can be downloded in the microchip site.
