1)i have seen in some pages that cc configuration have high input impedence..is that mean an internal impedence of transistor
help me

Do you mean "common collector"? When they say a common-collector circuit has high input impedance, it means just that-the CIRCUIT has high input impedance. To speak of the 'internal impedance of the transistor' is a bit confusing, you need to actually look at the model of a transistor to determine the 'internal' impedance-how it's connected in the circuit is important.

Input and output impedances, also called source and load impedances. It is steady and unchanging (ignoring the effect of the battery losing energy over time).
The output impedance, source impedance, or internal impedance of an electronic device is the opposition exhibited by its output terminals to an alternating current (AC) of a particular frequency as a result of resistance, inductance and capacitance. It is the Thévenin equivalent impedance looking back into the output terminals.

Try to attempt you will have an idea how to analyse impedence effect and utilize **broken link removed** for your performance.
