Effect of WPE on nmos

How nmos is affected by WPE. WPE is associated with nwell implanation and pmos sits in nwell not nmos.

The well edge has effect on the MOS, not the well itself. On the edge, the two wells diffuse into each other. A nmos or pmos too close to this edge is influenced by it.
