edit movistar decoder firmware

I have a movistar decoder and it is configured for a single satellite, I disarm it and it has 3 pins I guess it is to connect it to a computer and access its internal configuration, I want to enter its configuration and enable the other satellites to use it as a free decoder ( FTA)
