ECCP1 pin is the same as CCP pin of microcontroller?

Hello,
Is the ECCP1 pin (pin 33) of PIC18F65K22 able to give a PWM output just like the CCP pins?
We need to use it to flash a LED at say 0.5Hz to signal a particular fault.
 

Yes, ECCP has the same functionality.

But 0.5 Hz is beyond the minimal frequency of most PWM timers. Slow blink action can be better performed in periodically executed code controlled by a timer tic.
