Eagle pcb drawing urgent!!

I need to draw a very simple pcb. It consists of two smd solder pads for holding an smd thermistor and two through hole pad for drilling and attaching jumper wires to it. I am new to Eagle pcb so i am not sure how to do it.

So the idea is basically two through holes on the side and the two smd solder pads in middle. Both through holes and pads are connected by top layer track. Can someone tell me how to draw this and also how to set my own dimensions for the smd solder pads as well as to insert the through hole into the drawing please? I need it by tomorrow. Pls help !
