E filed component in HFSS

hello every body
i simulate a sphere exited by a dipole antenna i want the component of E Filed :Ex, Ey, Ez in a plane betwin the dipole and shere bat in resultats report of E filed i have just mag_ E and complexMag_E
sorry i want the phase of this component

i must use the filed calculator i trace some line but i dont new how to enter commande to obtaine the filed in this line i want the value of the filed with 2.5mm step for exeple 150 point and output in file text for exemple "i have the "Ansoft Hfss v11 Field Calculator Cookbook.pdf" but it is not clear for me please help me thanks
