Dual voltage supply problem

hello!
I have problem with output on this circuit :/
I'm getting -20 volts on negative side while positive side give me 15 volts, so i could use some help to solve it :)

The circuit seems correct to me.
Are you sure the 7915 is connected correctly ? be careful the pinout is different from that of 7815 ! (IN GND OUT is 7815 while GND IN OUT is 7915)
Other possibility, are you sure you didn't reverse the polarity of D6 (in the drawing is correct) ?
 

7915 is connected corretly, i know for the different pinout. And diode is correctly connected, polarity is same as in picture :(
I tested this configuration on breadboard and it worked :/ maybe it is worng layout on PBC, i will double check it ;)
 

The polarity indicated in the schematic you post is correct. However if the breadbord works and the PCB doesn't, investigate the differences between the two.
