dsPIC33EP64MC202 qei pin identification

dsPIC33EP64MC202 i cannot identify the qei pins ( qei a, b, index) which pins i must connect in the data sheet it is not given clear

further for programming the chip throung pickit3 i need 3 pins mclr pgd and pgc i can identify only mclr in data sheet i am confused with pgd and pgc pins which pins are they. kindly help

the dsPIC33EP64MC202 has peripheral pin select where the QEI input pins can be programmed at run time to any RP pins , see section 11.4 of the data sheet
