dspic30f2020 external interrupts

Hi

I am trying to shift between two functions in dspic using external interrupts INT1 and INT2. The dspic is used for PWM generation and ADC sensing in a simple boost converter of 150V i/p,400V o/p. I tested the algorithm without turning on source to boost converter, and the functioning is fine. The moment i turn on source of boost converter, the external interrupts dont work.what could be the reason for external interrupts not working when the power converter circuit is turned on.
