DS 1669 unavailability matter

I am not getting the i.c. DS 1669 in my place so please let me know about site for online purchasing trustfully please . . its urgent thanks

Maxim has stopped DS1669 since longer time. Unless you need it for exact replacement you should update the design to use recent parts.

You have to check for devices with suitable specification from Maxim, Analog Devices, Intersil or other vendors that make digital potentiometers. Unfortunately there's no exact DS1669 replacement.

As FvM says DS1669 is no longer available in all version, luckily for me I have 8 pieces of each DS1669 10K, 50K, 100K, versions in my private stock for projects.

From the third link i got too many but unable to decide which one i should use so as to implant it as volume control for musical instrument's normal & phone output . . please help

All depends what you plan to make, you can use dig pot with 255 or 1000 steps if needed.

Use dual dig pot (in one device two dig pot), you can find in catalogs, or always you can use two dig pot separately.
