Driving gate of NMOS in ams 370 technology

Can anybody help me how to drive gate of an NMOS for a DC DC buck Boost converter.
The conveter design is based on H bridge and has feedback network due to which we need to make a driver circuit for NMOS so if anybody has some thing to share in this regard will be highly appreciated..
