Driving a 15 inch LCD display using only USB 3.0

Please consider the following products:

I need to implement something similar, driving a 15 inch display using only USB 3.0
Now, according to the product specifications required wattage is around 8 Watts which means 1.6A(@ 5V). Now since USB 3.0 can only deliver upto 0.9A, how should a proceed?

Either with an external PSU or by using two USB plugs with the second one only having the power and ground pins connected. You can buy "Y" cables for external hard drives that need more power than a single USB outlet can provide.
