Friends,
I am not quite sure what, "driver I.C. debonding from the flextape that feeds into the panel glass." mean but I know what it's about. That is what one guy who had the same problem said on another forum.(link below)

I have a SAMSUNG LN52A650 HDTV that have a blurry, double vision picture at cold startup. It clears up after while but that while is getting longer and the picture worse.
Would like to know if anyone has tackled this problem? I ordered the service manual and will make an attempt soon. Some pointers would be nice.
