Drawing Chart on GLCD, help me please!

Can everyone help me,plz. I'm using PIC18F4680 connect to GLCD YM12864X. I can draw something but I don't know how to draw a Chart exactly ! I intend measuring the temperature and display on GLCD in column Chart.
