Draw and Draft Tool - tool for documentation

Hello,

I'm looking for a sophisticated tool for documentation in programm releatet context.(circels, lines a.s.o. perhaps in 3D)
Cor*l Draw is much too basically for such purposes. Publishers are too
rigid.
Are there any other special tools availlable?

I always used word in cojunction with Autocad or other much more sophisticate tools such as Proengineer for 3D.
